Long-lasting  aata dough

Room Temperature Water.

Use room temperature water instead of cold water for kneading aata to enhance its elasticity, making it last longer.

Oil Rub Technique

Apply a thin layer of oil to the kneaded aata before refrigeration to prevent it from drying out.

Avoid Over-Kneading

Excessive kneading can toughen the aata, affecting its texture and shelf life. Opt for gentle kneading to retain softness.

Proper Resting Time

Allow the kneaded aata to rest for at least 30 minutes before rolling it into rotis or balls for better elasticity and longevity.
